In most things, I couldn’t care less about who wins but more than anything, I just root for the USA to lose.

$887 MILLION. This could :

• Purchase 1000 electric busses, instantly refreshing the fleet of 2-3 major cities
• Plant 450 Million trees
• Buy approximately 9 x F-35 fighter jets
• Build an entire NFL Football standium
• Completely pay for the training & residency of 2000 new surgeons
• Fund 200 community mental health clinics for an entire year fully staffed
• Build, construct, and bring to full operation 25 state of the art high schools
• Completely wipe out the entire backlog of repairs of social housing across Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal

Nope. David Zaslav needs it. His kids are starving. Won’t someone think of the children!?

How could the Oscars snub such an American Hero after her groundbreaking performance over the past 6 months? Day after day she’s had to take the stage. When will the tears run out? Despite the best efforts of some, fireworks, sparklers, and countless pledge drives, she just couldn’t even get a nomination.

Endless bullshit around “Carney is killing Canada” and people use gas prices as an excuse. Here’s the USA currently – specifically California. $7.19/Gallon works out to be about $1.90 / Litre, but that’s in USD. If we convert that to CAD, it’s more like $2.60/Litre, where-as our prices (currently as of March 17th 2025) are hovering between $1.60/L and $1.65/L in CAD, which is over 33% cheaper.

But, thanks to Mark Zuckerberg who’s “dedicated to stopping misinformation”. Whatever dude. It’s been 20 years and you’re still upset those women in college wouldn’t fuck you, so now you’re creating one of the most evil corporations to ever exist so you can control others.
